Tips and Tricks

Summon Turns

Summon skips all enemy's turns until you get X constructive turns. After that, it's depend on whose turn come after your last character's turn in summon phase.
In case that there's no quick action involved:

Original rotation: A B C E A B C E A B C E
where A, B and C are your characters. E is the enemy.

1st case
Using 6 turns summon on A's 1st turn will result in: [A B CEA B C] E A B C E

2nd case
Using 6 turns summon on B's 1st turn will result in: A [B CEA B CEA] B C E
However, if you use quick actions during the summon in this case, your quick actions can push enemy's 2nd turn out of summon period. Thus, enemy's turn will appear right after the summon period end because it isn't skipped.

3rd case
Using 6 turns summon on C's 1st turn will result in: A B [CEA B CEA B] C E
You get the same number of constuctive turns as the 2nd example, but enemy's turn can be hardly pushed out of the summon period via quick actions.

TLDR: If your aim is "to extend your turns as much as possible", use summon on your last character in the queue.

Passive Bravery during Battles

Passive bravery regen happens only when you hp attack or get broken. every turn gives you bravery back, as you’ve noticed. the first time you get passive bravery, you start off at 5% your initial bravery. you then gain twice that amount. it doubles. then it doubles again. and finally it gains 2/3 of it’s current value. so assuming you don’t get hit with a brave attack or somehow restore your own bravery, it should take five turns to get back to unbroken status, which would be your initial bravery (the number of bravery you start every battle with). so let’s take 1000 as your initial bravery. if you get broken, or use an hp attack, in the next turn you will heal 50 bravery. add that to twice it’s value, 50 + (50 * 2) = 150. double that = 300. double it again = 600. add 2/3 or 67% to that, 600 * 1.67, and now you’re back at initial bravery, 1000.

How to get High Score

How to get an high score (by altema):
1) The most important thing to keep in mind when giving a high score in a battle is to reduce the number of actions ( with full use of high-powered attackers and summoned beasts.).
2) Use a summoned beast (since they only count 1 turn, recomended fast summons)
3) try to enter chase mode (same reason for the summon, but focusing on 1 enemy)
4) Avoid breaks from enemies
5) Minimize the damage you take
6) Try to overkill, it boosts your score

Tips for saving Gil to upgrade weapons / armor

  1. Farm 2* gear and materials on the Hope dojo (the mission where you get Hope) on chapter 1 - normal difficulty - until you run out of room in your inventory (the game won't let you do any more). You can do this on auto as its pretty easy and quick.
  2. Go into your enhancement tab, tap enhance -> weapons. Tap the filter button (above your weapons) and filter out the 3, 4 and 5 stars so only the 2 star are visible. Also make it sort by "level".
  3. On the "select item to enhance" screen, select one of your new 2 star lv 1 wepons. Tap confirm.
  4. On the "select materials" use the same filtering options as you did before.
  5. Select the gear to fuse into the weapon. DO NOT SELECT DUPLICATES. These will limit break the weapon at a higher gil cost but the XP earned is the same, so its not efficient. Select only DIFFERENT 2 star lv 1 weapons or 2 star materials. (if selecting materials only, select 9 instead of 10 because you might get lucky with the enhancement and get it straight to lv 5).
  6. Repeat step 5 until your weapon is at lv 5 (which is max level for 2 star weapons)
  7. Repeat steps 3 - 6 until you have 10 weapons at max level (2 star, lv 5) or until you run out of 2 star weapons
  8. To enhance your weapon, simply go to the filter on the "select item to enhance" and make it so the rarity of your weapon is visible. Select it, then select your 10 newly maxed 2 star weapons as upgrading materials (they will be easy to spot, as they will have a reddish "5" on their level.
  9. Repeat everything until you get the desired level on your weapon.
